Package prices subject to change. All functions are for a (4) four hour period only. Security must be provided. We can provide a name and number of a company that provides security.

Hors d’oeuvres are set up “buffet style.” There is no service on the food line other than to replenish food items. No outside food or drink may be brought in. For the BYOL package you may bring in drinks only. Every person that consumes food/alcohol will be included in your count. This includes entertainers, photographers, etc.

Smoking is not permitted in the banquet room. Anyone caught smoking will be escorted off the premises. Please do not tape, nail, tack, etc any decorations to the walls. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Envie Management has the right to have anyone acting out of proper conduct removed from the hotel property.

Advance payment is required the week of the reunion. We will send a bill for any balance you may incur (walk-ins, etc). Payment is due upon receipt of bill. Deposit of $250.00 upon booking to hold the date. Deposit applied to final bill after the function and a final count is done.
